| Irene Adams should hold onto the seat she first won in the November 1990 byelection which was caused by the death of her husband Allen Adams. I expect the SNP to achieve a favourable swing across most of Scotland, and they may trim Labour's majority here in Paisley, but will not pose a serious threat. |
