The purported home of that arch-Blair-target, "Worcester Woman"--and all that mythologizing camoflauges the fact that this is but another red borough-seat speck suspended within a thoroughly blue sea of MidNorthEastSouthWest Whatchamacallitshire. Still, it's a classic carved-out-of-nowhere notional '92 Tory marginal turned into '97 Labour safety; you can't go much wrong with that...
